The pandemic shook us up. Among other things, we had a hiring freeze. 

We used the time to work with what we had and work on better ways of working. We launched WTF is Cloud Native, we enhanced our no-bias hiring system, we worked on creating more psychological safety and we’re now ready for what comes next. 

The hiring freeze is over and we’re getting busy - very busy!

We’re growing. We need to hire and grow more world-class engineers. 

(We’re remote - but we do have offices, if you prefer that.) 

What, when and where?

You’ll wake up in the morning, not knowing if you’ll work with the Container Solutions team, and then a few hours later you’ll go to bed knowing whether this is the right place for you. 

A few days later you will know if we can make you an offer. 

Then, it’s up to you how soon you can start.

Let us tell you more... We are hosting a super event. 

We will not be compromising on the quality of our detailed assessments in any way. Instead, we are bringing our assessors, engineers and psychologists together for 3 days (20, 21, 22 July) where they can focus on the process and help you go through the hiring process at great speeds. This is what Cloud Native is about. Doing great things at great speeds with great teams. 

 

Detailed written reports will be provided to you regarding outcomes from the psychometric test measures.

GMT-1 to GMT+3

What now?

Step 1: Fill in the form and submit your CV

Step 2: Pass CV sift, and take the Abstract Reasoning Test (our recruiters will send you the link)

Step 3: Receive an event ticket if you have passed through stages 1 and 2. We will then ask you to complete a personality questionnaire and you get invited to our event in which you will go through the technical assessment, the psychological assessment and the behavioural situational panel interview with our engineering team
